Bianca van Wyk is using accounts BiancavanWyk16 (twitter) and BiancaSays2(tiktok) to cyber-bully Deon Fialkov

Hello,

My name is Deon Fialkov, and I am a 47-year-old resident of Cape Town, South Africa. I am reaching out regarding a serious privacy violation on both TikTok and Twitter.

There is a user named Bianca van Wyk who has posted videos on her TikTok account (https://tiktok.com/@BiancaSays2) that contain my personal information, including pictures of me, my real name, and the area of my residence. I have not given permission for these pictures to be distributed to this person. Although I do not know Bianca van Wyk personally, she is aware that I do not want this information shared publicly.

Each of these videos has already garnered several thousand views, and links to them are being spread across other platforms, such as Discord chats. Additionally, Bianca van Wyk has been posting about me on her Twitter account (https://twitter.com/BiancavanWyk16). I have contacted Twitter support numerous times for help in getting rid of her targeted harassment, cyber-stalking, and cyber-bullying, but they have done nothing. However, Twitter has acknowledged that she has broken more than 200 of their rules on abusive behavior and hateful conduct.

Furthermore, Bianca van Wyk is posting screenshots of old articles without providing actual updates on those stories. Does she have the case numbers regarding each story? Does she know the real outcomes? The outcomes of what happened were confidential to the parties involved, and by sharing these stories, she is unfairly making the other party appear guilty. It seems that Bianca van Wyk is posting a whole lot of defamatory statements and false allegations about me, but her followers are too clueless to ask her for facts and simply retweet and repost her lies accordingly.

I have attempted to contact TikTok support on Twitter, but their response was simply to “report the videos on TikTok.” I have reported these videos multiple times under the categories of bullying and harassment, and I have also tried submitting a Privacy Webform. Despite these efforts, TikTok has not taken any action, and the videos containing my personal information remain on the platform several months later.

I am unsure how many TikTok videos she has made about me because I do not know how TikTok works yet. I urgently request that TikTok take immediate action to remove these videos to protect my privacy and prevent further dissemination of my personal information.
